Returns & Refunds
All of our prints are custom-made just for you, which means we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your print or its frame arrives damaged, please get in touch via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for a few photos of the damage to assess the situation. If your order qualifies for a replacement, we’ll send you a return shipping label so you can send it back in its original packaging—either the box or tube it arrived in.
The same policy applies to original artworks. While we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, we're here to help if something goes wrong during shipping. Should your original piece or its frame arrive damaged, please reach out within 7 days through our Contact page. As with prints, we’ll request photos to confirm eligibility for a replacement and provide a return label if approved. Be sure to keep the original packaging for safe return.
