    FAQ

    Paper Prints

Our fine art Paper Prints are produced using premium archival inks on luxurious 320gsm cotton rag paper. This combination delivers rich, accurate colours and exceptional detail, giving the artwork a stunning, gallery-quality finish. When properly cared for, these prints can maintain their colour vibrancy for up to 100 years. Each print includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Please note: We only offer paper prints as rolled (unframed). Framing is not currently available for paper prints.

Rolled Paper Orders include a 5cm white border around the artwork for professional trimming and framing flexibility.

For example, if you order a 60x60cm paper print, the artwork itself will measure 60x60cm, while the total paper size will be 70x70cm. This provides a 5cm border on each side, giving your framer the option to either expose the white edge or trim it to perfectly suit your frame.

    Production Timelines

    Shipping & Production Times

All of our prints are custom made by hand in Mornington, Victoria, Australia. Each order goes through a detailed process—either printing and rolling, or printing, stretching, and framing—to ensure the highest quality.

Please allow the following timeframes for delivery:

    • Rolled prints: 1–2 weeks
    • Framed prints: 2–4 weeks

Please note: During the busy pre-Christmas season, orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Any orders placed in late November will be shipped in January, as our wonderful team takes a well-deserved break over the Christmas and New Year holidays.

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of every piece, and even during high-demand periods, we never compromise on quality—thank you for your patience while we create something beautiful for you.

    Framing

    Framing Options for Canvas Prints

We offer beautiful float frames to complement our canvas prints. Jo-Ellen carefully selects the frame style that best suits each artwork—but if you have a specific preference, feel free to email her directly to request a different option.

Our most popular frame is Flooded Gum – a natural timber with a soft brown/blush tone and a raw, uncoated finish that adds a warm, organic feel.

    Other frame options include:

    • American Ash (Natural Timber): A strong and durable option, ideal for homes where frames may experience a bit more wear. Minor marks or bumps can easily be smoothed out with a light sanding.
    • White Timber: A crisp, white painted frame with a subtle gloss finish. Please note, painted finishes may chip if knocked—this is why we often recommend natural timber for longevity.

All framed canvas orders arrive strung at the back and ready to hang.

We are proud to use FSC-certified, sustainably sourced plantation timbers for both our frames and stretcher bars. These timbers are grown with full oversight from the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), ensuring ethical and environmentally responsible forestry practices.

    Returns

    Returns & Refunds

Because each print is made to order especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. The same applies to original artworks—so we kindly ask that you choose carefully before purchasing.

You can view our full [Refunds Policy] here. (LINK)for all the details.

Of course, if something isn’t quite right with your order or it arrives damaged, please reach out—we’re always happy to help and will do our best to make it right.

    GST/VAT

    GST, VAT & International Customs

For international orders, Australian GST is not charged at checkout.

In some cases, VAT, GST, or customs duties may be applied by your local authorities when your order arrives. This doesn’t happen often, but it’s more likely for orders over $2000 AUD.

Any fees or charges related to VAT, GST, or customs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges.
